Pink Buffalo Films : Award-Winning Storytelling on a Global Stage

From the 23-27th of February, London opens its doors to the world of television entertainment as it hosts “MIP LONDON”, an international networking and business event at the Savoy Hotel and IET London.

GPN Entertainment, GPN’s newest division, which connects award-winning production companies specializing in long-format content, will be represented by Rafnar Hermannsson of Frostfilm from Iceland.

We are also looking forward to having our Canadian production service company, Pink Buffalo Films, join us. Pink Buffalo has an impressive list of TV, streaming and films, branded content, commercials, community projects, and production services.

Martin Fisher started Pink Buffalo, and together with Shawn Angelski, the two have been producing and pushing the boundaries of creativity, telling stories through film and traveling across the globe for incredible footage for twenty years and counting.

Some of their streaming work includes working with Amazon Studios on The Romanoffs, S1. E2 “The Royal We” shot in Toronto, Pink Buffalo provided all Canadian Production services, and 2 seasons (20 episodes) of the Horror anthology series “Two Sentence Horror Stories” for CW/Netflix, which PBF Partner Shawn Angelski also served as Producer, and was filmed in Vancouver.

They were the production company for Season 26 Episode 5 of “The Bachelor”, which was filmed in Toronto. They provided all of the production crew and vendors for this show, which was shown on the ABC network.

Their film “Beyond the Break: The Sam Daniels Story”, won the People’s Choice Award at the Vancouver International Mountain Film Festival in 2021. Part of Pink Buffalo’s passion comes from founder Martin Fisher, who has always been drawn to the stories of interesting people who do what they love- and telling these visually.

Pink Buffalo produced Kyra Sedgwicks directorial debut feature film “Story of a Girl” Starring Kevin Bacon for A&E Lifetime, as well as “Rememory” Starring Peter Dinklage for Lionsgate, both in 2017. Prior to this PBF Produced their own Feature films including the Global hit Grave Encounters and Extraterrestrial, which premiered at the Tribeca Film festival and distributed worldwide.

This remarkable resume displays the spectrum of Pink Buffalo’s talent and ability as a production company. They are coming to London to share their content and secure new global partnerships enabling them to reach a wider audience, tell new stories, and create lasting impressions. We are looking forward to supporting them and promoting their excellence.
